BACKGROUND
Cruden Homes has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) for the erection of a residential development and associated infrastructure, including roads, footpaths, SUDS system and open space at the site of the former Howdenburn Primary School, Howdenburn Drive, Jedburgh, Scottish Borders, TD8 6LA.
CONSULTATION
Two consultations will be held for the project, the first on 18 January 2023 between 4pm – 8pm at Jedburgh Town Hall, Abbey Pl, Jedburgh TD8 6BE.
The development team will be available to answer your questions and there will be communiuty exhibition boards to view.
Exhibition material, detailing the proposed development, will be uploaded on this website at 9am on 18 January for those unable to attend event 1 in person.
